Working alongside real estate agents Cushman Wakefield & creative agency Cre8te, we were asked to develop indicative fit-out CGIs of the reception and external terrace so prospective tenants could see the properties potential.

Cat A CGIs were also produced to show the typical floors as a blank canvas, as though the current occupier's fit out had already been removed.
