Verified View Process

Identify preferred viewpoints.
Determine the appropriate field of view, this is a balance between depicting the proposed in high detail whilst showing it in a recognisable context.
Visit site to capture photographs as close to the requested viewpoints as possible. We will record the camera’s optical axis height, lens type, time of day and mark the cameras position on the ground with a survey nail.
The photographs are analysed to identify key points within each view.
Our surveyor visits site to survey each view’s location and key points.
Re-create the camera views using our camera data and the supplied point cloud from our surveyor.
Create a 3D computer model of the proposed and align it to our survey data’s coordinate system. If applying proposed materials we will create these using local references to determine their brightness under the lighting conditions on the day of the photography.
Light and render the 3D model of the proposed and integrate with the site photography.

Re-create the camera views using our camera data and the supplied measured survey of the existing elevations.
Build a 3D computer model of the proposed roof extension, applying proposed materials created using local references to determine their brightness under the lighting conditions on the day of the photography.
Light and render the 3D model of the proposed and integrate with the site photography.
